The healing power of sound has been known for centuries. Only recently has science been able to prove why sound is so powerful. Everything in the universe is energy and vibrates at different frequencies, creating a whole symphony of life. Have you ever wondered why certain music can create different responses within you? Just taking a walk in nature can be very calming as nature has its own vibrations. Just think about how hearing the ocean waves can help lull us to sleep.

The thoughts we have, people we are with and how we treat our bodies also affect our vibration. The foods we eat also have vibration and can affect us in negative or positive ways. Like attracts like. To be happy, healthy and whole on all levels, our "vibration", or what is also called "life force energy" or "chi", needs to be flowing without blockages. Balancing the energy systems of the body with tuning forks will accomplish this quite effectively.

Our energy systems are made up of energy centers called "chakras" and meridians. When they are in perfect balance, the energy flows, allowing a natural state of well being to exist. As we experience life, our chakras and meridians can resonate at lower frequencies, creating disharmony such as physical illness or emotional turmoil.

A tuning fork session "tunes up" the person or animal on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels by allowing the frequency emitted by the particular energy center (chakra) to resonate at the correct frequency, restoring the body to a state of wholeness and health.

By placing the correct tuning fork next to the area that is out of harmony, it will resonate with it, bringing it back into perfect frequency. It works like acupuncture to remove blockages, using sound instead of needles. The effects are usually felt immediately. The benefits of tuning fork session may be a deep sense of peace and well being, reduction of stress and muscular tension, increase in blood flow and circulation to the organs, enhanced immune response, and increased physical energy. The ability to meditate can be achieved in seconds by balancing the right and left hemispheres of the brain, using tuning forks. These are just a few benefits, there are many more. Each person is different and will have a unique experience.

The tuning fork sessions I do involve tuning all 12 energy centers. I call them, “Angelic Tunings”. I use the chakra forks for balancing the physical level, along with the angelic forks that work on the mental and emotional levels. After the forks, I use the 5th dimensional frequencies and Sacred Geometry. Sacred oils of high vibration will be used on the feet during tunings, according to needs. The person remains fully clothed during the session. Each session lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. Animals can also benefit from an “Angelic Tuning” the same way people can.
